Sleep 3 with a queen bed in one room, and a queen-sized futon couch in the living room. Kitchen w/island for dining, beach chairs, towels, free WiFi, Roku Smart TV & more. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!

Step through the front door into an expansive living room/kitchen with kitchen island for dining and couch for comfort. Window A/C units in this room as well as the bedroom ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED lights and cozy queen-size bed. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. Embrace this beach paradise.

You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including both decks (the deck in front of this unit & the neighboring unit #B)

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the platform you booked through, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything! Feel free to call or text me if that is more convenient for you.

Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!

Additional paid on-site parking is generally not possible, but their are many parking lots within a 5m walk available for the going rate.
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.

A list of other, common sense stuff:
- Try to limit the amount of beach sand tracked in
- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency
- No Parties
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
