Exceptional quality in Hampton Beach

Surf House was a great last minute find, and perfect for our needs. Our 2 bedroom suite was beautifully renovated with nice finishes. Mattresses were very comfortable. Just a few small critiques. The glass shower door in one bedroom was off the hinge and not functional upon arrival, but was fixed promptly the next day when we reported it. The pull out sofa had crumbs in it and popcorn on the floor below. And the blanket for use with the pull out needed to be laundered (there were obvious food stains on it). The metal bar under the mattress also made it uncomfortable for my 19 year old, but probably would be fine for younger kids. The beautiful wood floors made for a lot of noise - the group below us woke us early our first morning. They were VERY noisy. Sounded like a herd of elephants was doing an Irish step dance. Maybe add some throw rugs to dampen the noise. All in all minor issues . Maybe be bc and we would definitely recommend/stay again.

Booked this hotel last minute, not knowing what we were walking into, very happy with everything! Rooms were decorated nicely and clean! everything seemed updated and new. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly front desk service

The hotel did not have a restaurant on site, the bed was comfortable. However walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Maid service is is iffy. They left dirty face clothes in the shower.
