Had a wonderful experience at this cute little hotel. Staff was so warm and friendly, accommodations were so cute, clean, bright and best the AC was very cold. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Fun fact, we weren’t able to book our entire stay at this hotel, so we chose to ‘splurge’ on one of the fancy expensive hotels for our last night. Absolute waste of money. So if you’re wondering if this place is nice enough, trust me it beats the $1000 per night hotel.

I can honestly say that our trip to Rapa Nui and our stay at Hare Nua was the most incredible experience we’ve ever had traveling. The team at Hare Nua and the Rapa Nui are some of the most genuine and generous people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast are delicious and plentiful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff will attend to your every need. I always thought Easter Island was a once in a lifetime trip. Now, I truly want to come back and stay much longer.

What a little slice of heaven! Staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. The moment we walked in we were greeted with drinks and a snack. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. They also gave us a hug and trinket when we left. So happy we were able to stay here!!!😊

We had a really beautiful stay at Hotel Hare Nua. From start to finish, they exemplified excellent hospitality. The breakfast is charming, the beds were very comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and temperature easily adaptable. The location is excellent and walkable to everything you'd need to access - restaurants, bars, post office, souvenir shops, shows, etc. I would 10/10 recommend Hotel Hare Nua to families, couples, solo travellers visit Easter Island/Rapa Nui.

Our stay at Hare Nua was excellent! The property is definitely worth the stay - air conditioned, comfortable rooms with a tropical island like feel. The two best parts besides the rooms themselves are the breakfast (the ask you in advance for your preferences) and the staff that runs the place. The breakfast is awesome. However, the staff that runs the place is amazing! Iorana!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The hot breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. However what sets this hotel apart is the absolutely amazing staff. They picked me up at the airport on time. When the tours I booked myself cancelled, they found me replacements. When my flight out cancelled, they kept on top of it, and worked to arrange another hotel for the night. This staff is first class!

The service was incredibly professional yet also friendly and kind. That’s a hard needle to thread. The hotel is lovely. The location could only be more perfect with an ocean view, but was lovely as it was. The breakfast each morning was amazing! They are super helpful at each stage of the trip from booking, to negotiating Chilean customs, to recommending tours and restaurants to making you feel at ease. Hare Nua is the best place to stay in Rapa Nui!

This is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel located in the middle of Hanga Roa town. It’s a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, mini markets and shops, as well as to two popular dance venues, Kari Kari and Varua Ora. Our room was airy, spotless and larger than we expected, with a balcony overlooking the lush tropical garden, pool and hot tub. The bathroom was modern with a spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast seating was personalized with our names on a placard and a different daily assortment of fruits, cheeses, sliced meats, yogurt, granola, warm biscuits and eggs to order. And we loved the pat of butter in the shape of a Moai guy! Most of all, the staff was so friendly and professional. From the moment Sebastian, the owner, picked us up from the airport with leis and a friendly smile, and drove us around town for a short tour, we knew this was a special place. When we arrived at the hotel, Sebastian welcomed us with refreshing drinks and a delicious local dessert, while he explained that the hotel was originally his grandmother’s house. At the end of our stay, we received sweet farewells from the staff, and Maria dropped us off at the airport with a warm goodbye hug. We were so sad to leave! Thank you, Sebastian, Maria and the rest of your staff for treating us like we were part of your family. We will always fondly remember our visit to Rapa Nui due to our incredible time at Hare Nua!
