I unfortunately did not realize there would be the equivalent of two flights of stairs and a hallway that went for miles to get to our room. Room was good but getting to it was a hassle.

The bed was super comfy. But I didnt like that my room was extremely far away from the door/carpark. The room felt hidden and hard to get to. The staff had most their cleaning storage down where my room was and every time I walked past they never greeted me or smiled. Felt unfriendly.

Really nice heritage building handy to the town centre. Rooms need a freshen up especially the bathrooms and TV was on the glitch, might be a Sky TV issue seems like the whole country is having drama at the momment with Sky TV We still enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again.

Good location and has potential..

This hotel is extremely dated. The rooms are old and carpets worn. Needs an uplift. Even the toilet seat is peeling paint… Also simple things like making sure there isn’t rubbish and linen all over the halls and blocking stairs would be good.. Unless there is an update, won’t be staying there again
