In diesem Haus wird SERVICE noch extrem groß geschrieben. Einziger kritikpunkt ist der etwas kleine Frühstücksraum.

Sehr geehrter Gast, wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie unseren persönlichen Service wahrgenommen haben und zu schätzen wissen. Auch wir sind sehr stolz auf unsere Mitarbeiter. Schön, dass Sie sich rundum umsorgt bei uns gefühlt haben. Dass Ihnen unser Frühstücksraum nicht so gut gefallen hat, tut uns sehr leid. Uns ist die Problematik hinsichtlich des Frühstücks bekannt. Daher decken wir bei einem hohen Gästeaufkommen, zwei zusätzliche Räume ein, um den Andrang im Frühstücksraum zu den „Stoßzeiten“ etwas zu entzerren. Dass es uns an diesem Morgen nicht gelungen ist, tut uns natürlich sehr leid. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Besuch und senden liebe Grüße aus Hannover.
