Ms. Phan Anh (Phem) provided AMAZING customer service! She was professional, courteous and very pleasant to interact with. She went above & beyond her call of duties to make sure we are comfortable and addressed our little booking issue that we encountered, which was not her fault at all. When booked on Expedia, we reserved a suite room with a king bed, sleep 3 but when we checked in at the hotel they said it was only for 2 people and therefore charged for the 3rd person. There’s definitely inconsistency between 2 system which we thought was unfair for us to be charged extra $. Besides that the hotel is clean, safe and has very nice staff from bellman, front desk to cooks. Would stay at Anatole Hotel again. Highly recommended this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, walkable and the staff were fantastic. The only drawback is that it is across from a school that has a very loud PA system and often starts gym classes in the morning. The staff moved us to a higher floor and that helped immensely. The sound was not everyday and we needed to get up most mornings early anyway.

You must stay here!!! The Anatole is an incredible hotel in Hanoi just south of the Old Quarter meaning you can leave the hustle and bustle behind whilst still being very close to local attractions. We had a lovely room in the Anatole and wished we were staying there longer and breakfast was great - the staff could not do more for you, particularly Jerry their events manager who organised all of our transportation including sleeper buses and private transfers! Despite having stayed there only one night the hotel even let us store our luggage and use their washroom facilities on our final day ahead of our flight home for no additional charge.

Clean room, comfort bed. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They help us to find the place to buy the products. The location is very good. We can walk to the tourist places. Wonderful staff at Viroth Villa. It feels like a resort with a spotless pool near check in. Because it is on a side street, the rooms are quiet. Air conditioning works great. Location is at Wat Bo Village that has diverse culinary choices for any budget. On the morning my friend needed to leave at 4:30 am, front desk arranged a takeaway basket breakfast. Over the four breakfasts, I tried everything on the menu and loved every single choice. Thank you Viroth Villa for helping me enjoy my time in Siem Reap.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had a welcome drink and snacks, as well as a complimentary drink at the roof top bar. Ms Clara was helpful and provided thorough information about the hotel, she even offered to pack breakfast for us when she found out that we were leaving for the airport early the next morning. Mr Kenny and Mr Escardo were especially meticulous in serving the guests on the roof top bar. It was chilly at night then and they provided us with blankets. Excellent service from the staff. Will come back again. Convenient location right beside St Joseph Cathedral, a walking distance to restaurants and the lake.
