Carpets on the 8th floor needs severe cleaning, frequent power surges. Door “early morning” greeters are frequently texting or surfing their iPhones and not professional. Very disappointing for a Hotel that claims to be a 5 Star Hotel.

The staff at this hotel, from the doormen, to the front desk, to housekeeping, and breakfast servers, this hotel is wonderful. The Spa was quiet and the services were top notch.
