The facilities was beautiful and very classy. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had so many choices. The staff was very helpful and even ordered a taxi for us from the airport so that we have no problem getting here I would come here again and again and recommended to my friends

We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location.

The hotel is excellent!! Location is walking distance to the lake and the church and multiple shops and restaurants of old quarter. The staff is amazing. Lilly at the reception was extremely helpful and nice. Accommodating all of our needs and providing recommendation for an excellent restaurant and making reservation for us. Room is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Large variety, made to order food and fruit juices and amazing service. Loved our stay and would stay again!

It’s a convenient location and the breakfast was great. It’s on the higher end so service reflected that. If you’re in the Hoan Kiem area, this could be a good option, but only if you’re trying to splurge.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Location is very convenient as its near to everywhere but it could get noisy in the evenings. Nice and helpful front desk team but sadly they didn’t recognize my Expedia Platinum status and late check out wasn’t granted. Tiny spa downstairs but the service is second to none! Suit was nice and super clean, I would definitely come back on my next visit.
