Great hotel to stay

Please note that you have to walk an alley into the hotel lobby. Great location and not so quiet room as we can learn people talking outside.

Excellent value for the $$$. We have to travel back through Hanoi on our way to Danang and will stay here again. The hotel is in a banking and corporate area, so there are police everywhere. A ten minute walk to the Hipster/yuppie area.

Became violently ill from breakfast. The “rooftop pool” is the size of a jacuzzi. The gym was also pretty bad. The hotel was down an alleyway. Just overall not what was pictured. Cannot recommend.

I think the hotel’s biggest asset are the staff providing excellent customer service. Our biggest thank you to Alex who was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and adequate. There was a good choice of breakfast buffet.

Excellent Stay at Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a thank-you card and complimentary oranges. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing a breakfast to go for our early 6:00 AM flight. The bellhop was very helpful in carrying our luggage, and we appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service (with a small surcharge) that made our transfers smooth and easy. The location was perfect—within walking distance to several great restaurants, and just a short ride via Grab to the Hanoi Train Street. The manager was particularly attentive, staying in touch with us to ensure everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect mix of great service, excellent amenities, and a prime location.
