They have an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.

Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Adequate room for two. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. And, yes, there was plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned.
