Wonderful staff was so welcoming for our 1 night stay in Hanoi. We were greeted with tea and banana cake! Cocktails and fresh spring rolls at the rooftop bar helped us get settled in. For this price range, the hotel is what you would expect. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. 😀 Great area of the old town!!

Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room , although a few design features are annoying - bedside tables etc too low to be useful, wooden bed surround sticks out by 10 cm or so, meaning that you continually bash your shin on the corners!

Hotel was in the lively old Quarter of Hanoi, and was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle, definitely close to all the action.. My room had all the amenities I required to feel at home. It was very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and welcome, with a good selection of items. Most importantly the Staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with guests. I must have has a million questions, but they all took the time to answer them. A giant shout out to Miss Swan, Miss Ahn and Mr’s Tommy, Max and Roger. Who’s help made my stay most memorable. The hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Petit hôtel situé au cœur de l’action. Le staff de l’hôtel est incroyable, aide pour la réservation d’une croisière dans la baie de Halong, le tout bien organisé avec transport aller-retour. Ils offrent aussi les pré-arrangement pour le taxis de l’aéroport. Bref rapport qualité super.

Personalet var enormt venlige og servicemindede. Værelset var ok, men der var meget larm fra gaden. Vi kom lige fra et andet hotel 300mtr derfra hvor der var lydtætte vinduer. Deres Skybar var skøn at slutte dagen af på, og morgenmaden var ok.

베트남 4박 5일중 닌빈에서 1박을 제외하고 3박을 머물렀어요. 첫날 체크인 시간보다 좀 일찍 도착했는데 한 10분정도 후에 입실 할수있도록 해주셨고 기다리는 동안 웰컴 과일도 주시고.. 다음날 닌빈으로 출발할 때 짐도 맡아 주시고.닌빈 다녀와서는 늦은 시간에 도착했는데 기존에 묵었던 방으로 안내해주었고 미리 캐리어도 방에 가져다 놓으셨더라구요..투숙객에 대한 배려가 좋았어요. 조식도 기본 차림에 달갈, 팬케이크, 쌀국수 중에 골라서 주문 할수 있구요..맛도촣았네요. 마지막으로 호텔이 호안끼엠호수랑 가까워서 다니기 정말 좋아요.응옥썬사원은 걸어서 가도 충분하구요.. 모든 관광지 가까워서 이동에 불편이 없어요. 주말엔 호수주변 교통 통제하고 야시장이나 근처 도로가 각종 공연장 분위기를 느낄수있어서 또하나의 장점이었어요
