We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel-it was the first one we stayed at our our vacation traveling around Vietnam. This hotel is located in the old quarter-a convenient location. We really enjoyed the breakfast-the staff were very friendly & they had the best yogurt & coffee! We would consider this hotel in the future! Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Great value for money in good area in Hanoi

Nice hotel in a decent location in Old quarter Hanoi. The service was excellent, but the building is a little dated, which shows in the finish in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, the rainfall shower good too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is incredible value for money, however i expected more given the very high rating on Hotels.com

Excellent Staff and Tour Planning

My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly. I really can't say enough about La Nueva's staff. The hotel served as a comfortable home base for seeing the northern part of Vietnam.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights, were on a cruise for a night and then came back to the hotel again. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The surroundings were nice and we really liked the room and decor. Breakfast was really good and we had a lot of choice and the offered extra options. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kevin for his nice welcome and great English, they were lovely with my Vietnamese partner too. Easy to walk to the main areas of the city to see things and get around.
