We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights, were on a cruise for a night and then came back to the hotel again. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The surroundings were nice and we really liked the room and decor. Breakfast was really good and we had a lot of choice and the offered extra options. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kevin for his nice welcome and great English, they were lovely with my Vietnamese partner too. Easy to walk to the main areas of the city to see things and get around.

You should stay here in Hanoi!

This was the most comfortable hotel stay I have ever had! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We booked a standard room and decided to upgrade to the jr suite, it was worth it! So spacious. Highly recommend booking the jr suite. The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Hanoi and this was our favourite by far!

Exceptional customer service (cannot emphasise this enough!) , the air con was really really good, breakfast was great, bed was super comfy! They served us welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival, gave us recommendations for the area and sorted us airport transfers! We stayed in a higher rated, higher star hotel for the first part of the trip that was double the cost and la nueva was better! Would definitely reccomend as a great value, friendly stay for Hanoi!

We had an excellent two-night stay. There were many positives to our stay: extremely friendly and helpful service, the breakfast buffet, spa service and rooftop bar overlooking the lake. Add in to the above, a clean room with a very comfy bed and being in a very central location for exploring leaves a high recommended as La Nueva Boutique Hotel as a fantastic place to stay when in Hanoi.
