The hospitality was on another level. They went above and beyond to please us. Christmas is not a big holiday in Vietnam, but they put together a beautiful dinner with live traditional Vietnamese music, sparkly tablecloths, and Christmas decorations. I would love to return.

Hanoi is extremely chaotic, especially the Old Quarter and La Siesta offered a peaceful, welcome respite. The room was comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar lacked for nothing. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent location, beautiful rooms, and truly outstanding service The hotel has a great location and very comfortable rooms, but what really stood out was the absolutely superb service. Everyone was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—something you immediately feel as a guest. I would especially like to highlight Ann at the front desk, who went well beyond her duties. She provided excellent recommendations on the dos and don’ts in Hanoi and was always welcoming, greeting us by name every time we crossed paths. That level of personal attention is a hallmark of great hospitality and, unfortunately, something that has become rare these days. Breakfast was very good, with a wide and well-thought-out selection, and the sky bar was the perfect place for a nightcap after a busy day exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The best check in experience I've ever had from any hotel thanks to Ann. She went above and beyond bringing me my welcome drink, showing me my room and even having a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants around the city. She also greeted me the next morning offering to bring me a coffee to go before my tour guide picked me up. Loved my stay here because of this hospitality.

Lovely room — staff were friendly and I like how the lobby has a lot of seating. Popular with westerners. The breakfast was adequate to get your day started. Location is good too, short walk to the lake and near the original egg coffee cafe. Staff also helped in getting tickets for the puppet show.

Loved the hotel and staff. Just a beautiful hotel (very quiet inside the hotel) and very friendly staff. Outside the hotel (for us) was a nightmare. Extremely busy street with so many mopeds, motorcycles, taxis, cars, trucks, vendors people walking, etc. that you really could not walk safely on the street. We were overwhelmed by the noise outside the hotel. Looking for REAL downtown Hanoi then this is the place to stay. We loved the hotel but as a family we prefer the "resort" style hotels. Five stars inside two stars outside.

Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab.
