Nice quiet property close to the river, however quite difficult to find as it’s down an alleyway. The room was nice and had a mini fridge and soaps for the shower etc. Staff were very helpful with booking a taxi to the airport

I really enjoyed the service here - Rosa and the whole staff were amazing! She takes good care of her customers and gives wonderful travel advices. She arranged my whole trip through Vietnam and made sure all my needs were taken care of! She is warm and super thoughtful - the team that works with her is also fantastic! Our family of four were given a free upgrade to a larger suite upon arrival. The room had all of the basics with additional toiletries. The air conditioners worked well and the room and beds were clean. Even though the entrance is hidden away the hotel is in a convenient area of the Old Quarter. I felt that this was a great value for the price.
