Très accueillant. La boisson de bienvenue et les collations étaient délicieuses. Ils ont également recommandé de bons restaurants et des boutiques de fruits lorsque je me suis enregistré. J'ai particulièrement aimé Jenny, qui était la meilleure ! La chambre est propre, confortable et agréable. De plus, la dernière fois que je suis allé, il y avait du temps libre, donc je suis resté dans le hall, et ils ont pris soin de mes demandes de boissons et d'autres choses. Ils étaient très gentils. J'ai passé un séjour agréable et je suis parti.

The staff in this hotel go above and beyond. They reminded me of the staff in the Hanoi royal palace where the service is also the very best. Our room was nice, clean and a decent size for Hanoi old-quarter.

All the staff was exceptional! Most memorable was Sulli who gave us an amazing bagel shop recommendation, Jimmy at the front desk was kind and courteous; and, Ba who helped us with our luggage was very friendly. Everyone was fantastic!

The hotel has a pretty good location, with a walking distance to church, train station an conveniences. I would like to thank you all the staff, who were very gentle with us, mainly Sahar, who was very kind to my wife when she was sick during our trip. I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palace Hotel – everything was perfect! The hotel is very well located, close to everything I needed. We have had so much support on this trip, starting from a drive from Halong Bay to Royal Palace Hotel and back again. The communication was fantastic.
