The rooms are very clean, the food is rich. The hotel is near the walking street and Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient for enjoying the breeze, watching the streets at night and a great thing is that there are a lot of snacks around.

Very good location.!! Well designed beautiful rooms ! But the highlight of This place is the staff Jimmi and the all the others were so helpful .. they planned everything for us .. our tours n our flights .. gave us the best of everything we needed . Highly recommend this property to everyone.

From the moment we entered the lobby area, we were greeted by the staff in the same way that family would welcome us home after a long flight. It was an extremely hot day and staff were organising paperwork, a porter took our bags to our room and they offered us a Vietnamese tea. All the staff was very helpful and especially Jennie helped us a lot. She gave us the map of the city and she indicate us some good restaurants in the map. She was very willing to reply to every question we had and solve every problem we had. The hotel is very central. It's in Old Quarter and is 5-7 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. The room was clean, the facilities were great, we were able to connect our phone to the TV which provided more options for entertainment. The staff displayed genuine hospitality as they went above and beyond every second of the day to make our stay comfortable. It has been the most memorable stay during our Vietnamese holiday so far and we will definitely visit again!

As always, this hotel did not disappoint! This is our third stay this summer. The location is fantastic, the staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean and quiet. The TV even has an English movie channel. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice. We were offered a late checkout as we were catching an evening train and our bags were looked after whilst we went shopping. Upon our return, reception organised a taxi for us to go to the train station, we were even offered a shower, nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend it.

Location was amazing. Hotel itself was so beautiful, we just loved our room! Staff super helpful and friendly. We couldn’t make breakfast because of our flight but they still put together a snack box which was such a lovely touch.

Nous avons adoré le lit, c’était super confortable ! C’était aussi étonnamment calme même si nous étions proches de quelques rues animées. Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. Ils nous ont aidés à organiser la location d’une moto et nous ont également aidé à obtenir des cartes SIM, ce que nous avons eu un peu de mal à faire nous-mêmes. Un grand merci à Jimmy et son équipe d’avoir pris soin de nous !

Great comfortable hotel, the staff will very helpful and efficient and made the stay very easy. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is in the centre of the old quarter and probably a 5-7 minute walk to the lake area, I was happy to walk and there's many taxi's available in the surrounding area is quite lively and there's plenty of eating places nearby.
