Fantastic

I thought we had booked a room with a balcony. We had made a mistake and we were shown a smaller room with a window. We asked to be moved and we paid the difference. The room with the balcony was lovely. The staff could not do enough for you. Tracy did everything for us and we enjoy the trips very much. Breakfast was very good.

Hyggelig lite hotell med fantastisk stab.

Bodde her ei uke og bestilte flere turer via hotellet. Grei beliggenhet i gamlebyen med mye trafikk, men godt lydisolert. Fantastisk personale. Grei frokostmeny med omelett e.l. som kom raskt. Vi hadde en smal veranda mot veikryss som det var et syn å se trafikken i, kontrollert kaos. Bor gjerne her igjen om vi kommer tilbake.

Excellente location, room is clean, breakfast is good and personal are amazing! If you take a package for Sapa, you will be in an amazing hotel! But ask for a private tour if you don't want to be with too much tourists. Our private tour was incredible, we never forget it! Thank you so much!!! The bathroom downstairs could be cleaner and the kitchen too.

旧市街地の観光に便利な場所に位置しています。有名なバインミーのお店や安南パーラー、ブンチャーのお店からも徒歩圏内。そしてスタッフの皆様が非常に親切でフレンドリーで最高のホスピタリティでした。はじめてのベトナム、女性一人旅で最初は不安でしたが、スタッフの皆様は英語がとても堪能で、観光アドバイスやタクシーの手配などいつも声をかけて気にかけていただきました！お部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、無料のミネラルウォーターも毎日2本を補充していただけます。朝食もバイキングとオーダーしてから作るオムレツなどの卵料理やフォーとバラエティ豊かでした。スタッフの皆様の笑顔と優しさに感謝します。

スタッフの優しさが素晴らしい

旧市街の小さなホテルですがとても清潔です。 スタッフは皆さんとても優しく、フレンドリー、親切で暖かいおもてなしを受けました。 帰りが夜のフライトの為、チェックアウト後もシャワーや着換えなど無料でどうかと聞いて下さり（空港でシャワーを浴びるので丁寧にお断りしました。）温かい紅茶も入れてくれました。 素晴らしいおもてなしの精神を持つホテルで、ハノイの滞在を良い方に印象深くしてくださいました。 滞在したのは12/09から3泊でしたが、ハノイは昼間は長袖シャツ1枚、夜は薄手のダウンが必要な位寒いです。
