We had a wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa. Right from when we arrived, we were treated as First Class guests. Mai Linh and her associates were awesome and genuinely appreciated that we chose to stay at JM Marvel. We will highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay at this hotel as it is a nice small boutique hotel that is located centrally in the Old Quarter. We are going to tell our friends to book here too. Thank you Mai Linh for making our stay memorable.

The staff here is AMAZING. They welcomed us with tea and a list of great restaurants nearby. They brought our bags up the stairs and into the room, and texted me on WhatsApp just to see if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar is gorgeous. Upon check out, the bell hop even walked our suitcases to our NEXT HOTEL for us! Truly, a fantastic place to stay. 5 stars. Just a heads up, all of the services offered by the hotel are cash only.

Great location. Beautiful room with beautiful washroom and shower. Very nice rooftop bar. Some down sides, the AC never seemed to work, and the shower temperature was super random. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice, rooms spacious, great location very central and could walk everywhere. Staff were attentive especially on reception (Nguyen). The only negative was that you can hear other rooms I.e. the shower in general it was fine but we had guests who were showering at 5am and it would wake us up.

Staff very eager to please. Restaurant food excellent. However, both restaurant and rooftop bar only take cash. Rooftop bar will not let you charge back to the room. Because of the location, it is extremely noisy. Room clean and comfortable.

We were only in Hanoi for a short stay, but the hotel’s convenient location made it incredibly easy to see everything on our list. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our trip was an early tour morning when we came down to find a prepared breakfast waiting for us—complete with sweet, personalized notes. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!
