The room was very clean. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and window. Although all the action was going on in the street below, you couldn't hear a thing. The staff were very professional and the the custimer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend.

Our first night took a bit of an adjustment as we arrived near midnight and the driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't know where the hotel was. We were dropped off a couple of blocks away and the hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel. The hotel manager, Guan, made it all up to the next morning without us even asking. He found us at breakfast to apologize for the driver and upgraded our room for our 5 night stay. Guan was attentive throughout our stay - making sure our room upgrade was properly taken cared of, arranging our spa appointments, giving us great local recommendations and even saying goodbye with a local gift. Guan and the rest of the hotel staff gave us a truly relaxing and pampered stay.

Service at the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet. The location was good and easy to walk to other areas of the old city. Arranged a private tour to Ninh Binh thru the hotel, it was convenient and well organized. They went out of their way to celebrate my husband’s birthday on our day of departure. I wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.

Service across the board was excellent and very personable. All the staff that we encountered from the time we checked-in, including the staff that managing the breakfast service. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection of food to start the day. Breakfast is also served in an area that has a great view.

The room was compact but perfectly suited for 1 person. Staff was incredibly accomodating, especially Linh Pham who provided lots of information and suggestions for activities via WhatsApp. I moved to their sister property when I checked out and they arranged for all my bags to be brought over. They were already in my room when I checked in. The hotel is on a very busy street but inside felt like a nice sanctuary from the chaos. I didn’t care for the breakfast buffet, but they also offered à la carte items from a menu which I found to be really tasty. Room service was good as well. I had laundry done, which was very reasonably priced and convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. It really is a haven amidst the chaos of the city. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The rooms are compact but the design is excellent and the standards of finish and housekeeping are high. The rooftop bar is really excellent and popular. Perfect spot for exploring Hanoi.

Amazing service and 5-star decor and vibe. A few negatives were the occassional sewer gas odor in lobby was a big turn off and only 1 elevator reulting in long waits. Staff worked above and beyond to ensure guests were always taken care of. Their breakfast is wonderful and they have a cool rooftop skybar.

Everything was outstanding and satisfactory. Staff are so kind to help us with what we need. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially breakfast was the best, there are various foods and so many choices they offer. Very very delicious. They even let us use the shower room after checkout due to our night flight. We absolutely will stay this hotel next time we will visit Hanoi!
