It is quite hard to find an apartment like this in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter. The place is very comfortable, modern and even has a swimming pool, which makes it very special compared to many other stays in the area. The location is excellent and the address is easy to find, just a short walk to famous streets, food stalls and coffee shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Overall, it is a great choice if you want both convenience and comfort in the center of the city.

This property does not exist! I tried to contact the owner with no luck. Rung and messaged several times. The place we turned up to looks nothing like what is in the photos and the owner the place isn't there but that address is correct. Be careful.

Wow, this hotel is so nice! When I walked in, I was like, ‘Whoa, is this real?’ The room is super clean and smells amazing. The bed is crazy comfy – I just wanted to sleep all day. The staff? So friendly and always smiling, they make you feel like home. The place is quiet and cozy, perfect for chilling after a long day.

The location of the hotel was another major advantage. Nestled in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offered the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. I was able to walk to many popular restaurants, cafes, and cultural spots within minutes, while also enjoying quiet nights with no noise disturbance. For travelers relying on public transport, the nearby metro and bus stations made commuting incredibly easy. What stood out to me most, however, was the attention to detail in guest experience. From the complimentary welcome drink to the helpful city map at reception, every small touch seemed thoughtfully planned. It's clear that the management team values comfort and guest satisfaction. I left with great memories and would gladly return on my next visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was particularly memorable — freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and with a wide selection of both local and international dishes. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any questions or requests. The location couldn’t have been better — central, yet quiet and peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

Couldn’t find the property, the address is either incorrect or this is a scam. Tried to contact the property owner prior to our arrival, via Expedia and calling at the number provided, and never got a response. Arrived at the property with our luggage (5 people), at the address provided, and it was a restaurant (!!!!). Had to book a hotel last minute, paying full price, in order to not stay in the steaming hot weather in the middle of really busy streets. Never got a message from them. Definitely I’m disputing the charge and recommend NOT to book this property.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They assist me free early check in and also book for me a tour. The room is clean, comfortable and look very nice. What a great hotel in Hanoi. Mostly recommended for everyone
