Service is absolutely 5 star.

I stay in a lot of high-end hotels. Ritz Carlton’s, Marriott Marquis’, Hiltons, all over the world. This was absolutely on par with all of them. The service is absolutely world class. The spa was fantastic, but the people are what made it great. I would, and cannot wait, to come back.

Stay here in Hanoi!

Loved our stay here! The solaria is the perfect spot for a trip to Hanoi, highly recommend staying here. Lily was particularly memorable. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was fantastic. The service from other staff was amazing. They are very friendly. They all speak English well, making it easier to communicate as a tourist. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the good spots in the old quarter. The rooftop bar is lovely and Johnny was very energetic. We did hear some street noise but that is unavoidable in Hanoi, and Friday nights there is live music on the rooftop bar. The hotel also packed us a breakfast/lunch for our trip to Sa Pa when we checked out very early in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here!

The thing I loved most about Solaria was the staff. They are incredibly hospitable, very friendly and go the extra mile for guests. This is a beautiful hotel right downtown Hanoi walking distance from everything you could need. The roof top bar provides a beautiful sunset view and the cocktails we had were the best we drank in Hanoi (and we drank a lot at various places!)

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right near the lake with lots of dining choices close by. But by far, the greatest light of this hotel is the staff and how they look after you like family. A special shout out to Susan Lily & Ly, for taking particular care of me on a day I didn’t feel quite so well. ❤️

Great location and staff was all very helpful. Our room was one of the largest we have ever had with great layout. The only negative was that we were facing the street and had much street noise. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was fun to hang out at in the evenings.

Solaria Hotel is an excellent hotel for a visit to Hanoi situated in a convenient location. We had a connecting room that worked well for our family of 4. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. In addition, the breakfast buffet is delicious with a nice range of Vietnamese specialties as well as Western options. Most importantly, the service at Solaria Hotel is impeccable. The hotel was very responsive in all my pre-trip questions which I greatly appreciated.

Very good location to old quarter. Our bedroom was small, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Smooth and informative check in process, quick guides and recommendations for restaurants around Hanoi. The best was we mentioned we had an early morning departure and they packed a lunch for us to send us off. The staff was all so sweet. Especially My. Would def recommend for people staying in old quarter.

Property ideally located, literally 1min walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. We had the room 805 and this was probably the most noisy room of the entire building ( in front of the elevator to go to the breakfast). We asked to change and the staff offered us a new room more quiet. Good breakfast and staff extremely helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The check in process was seamless and the host provided a lot of tips and information on the area. Room was small (which is normal for the old quarter area) but very adequate. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. They even gave us some coffee to take home as thank you gift even though we only stayed for one night!
