Set on a private and nicely wooded 2-acre lot with Nubs Nob a short walk from the door and The Highlands at Harbor Springs across the street. This property features a living area with cathedral ceilings and abundant natural light, central AC, a primary bedroom, a second bedroom, a twin in the hallway, a loft perfect for kids and extra guests, a garage, and a large workshop/storage area. Skiing, golf, biking, hiking, and endless trails are all readily accessible, making this a perfect vacation or long weekend!

Only .4 miles away from Nubs! Drive or walk down Tyrol to the ticket window and green lift! Near golf courses, Petoskey, and Downtown Harbor Springs!

Clean, spacious, and dry basement/garage area to store your gear. Boot dryer, laundry, and ski bench downstairs. Complete with extra trash and recycling bins.

Large wrap-around deck with BroilKing grill and 6-person dining table in warm season. Off the steps, access to a large side yard with horseshoes/fire. Hike up the hill for a great view!

Winter: Since we are on a hillside, please use caution when walking up and parking in front of the garage. Do not park up to the garage door (you will not make it). 4x4 required. Park off to the left for a 3rd vehicle. YakTrax is provided for use while staying here. (During winter months, where conditions exist)

Small dog-friendly home - pets must be leashed while outdoors and cleaned up after. Nightly pet fee noted in checkout.

Well-appointed kitchen with Keurig Drip and K-cup, mini food processor, tea pot, bullet blender, 4 slot toaster, electric skillet, crockpot, and air fryer. Custom knives, stoneware, stainless pots and pans. Basic pantry staples and coffee for guest use. Growler for local brewery use, champagne bucket, kids' dishes, utensils, and plastic cups are also available. There are extra leaves for the dining table in the closet, and 2 folding chairs in the basement. Plastic/Paper plates required for outdoor use.

55" QLED Smart TV in the main living area, WiFi included. Second Smart TV 43" located in the loft.

Towels, sheets, pillows, and paper products provided. Cooling sheets and hypoallergenic pillows. iComfort Queen mattresses and USB lamps with a tray in bedrooms.
