Clean rooms, clean hotel, good amenities. Moha provided great service in the restaurant and Bharti was very helpful. The hotel has a large deck but unfortunately never got the sun. Breakfast was very good!

This is a great place in Tapovan to stay. The property has very beautiful and has amazing views. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I loved their high tea. Food is great too. I highly recommend this place if you are going to spend time in Rishikesh. The only con here is, the alleyway for this place is extremely narrow and only a single car can come at a time, otherwise this place is a 10/10.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and the bathtub were also very comfortable and relaxing. We experienced a few issues with the power, but apparently the power went out for the whole hotel. The high tea was just okay. The breakfast was nice. The spa was amazing and highly recommend it. My main feedback is to provide better training for the employees when dealing with guests. For instance, when answering the phone, when talking via WhatsApp, etc. The employees would mis understand what I said and would go and do something instead of confirming. Or they would interrupt while I’m trying to tell them something. Or they wouldn’t answer the phone. Overall, an okay stay.

Wonderful property by the Ganges. Make sure to book a room with balcony view facing the river. The road to the property is quite narrow but the property is excellent. The staff too are courteous and friendly. I'll surely recommend it!

It was very cool place. Nice and quiet. Rooms very clean n the ambiance was great. Above all the staff was great. Very helpful. The restaurant was good. Food was delicious. The property and the staff lacks basic etiquettes. The property is under construction and too noisy. The road leading to property is quite narrow and required hotel staff to help you get in or out. My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally. First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action was taken. This is a basic failure in enforcing their own rules and ensuring guest comfort. Second, the room I paid for was advertised as having a king bed but what I received was two single beds pushed together. I raised this with reception and was told this configuration “counts as a king,” which is simply untrue. It was not what was sold on Expedia. What made the situation worse was the poor customer service from both the hotel and Expedia. The hotel denied any responsibility and Expedia initially offered only a token goodwill gesture that didn’t reflect the seriousness of the issues. Between the policy breach, the misrepresented room and the lack of proper support, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this property and I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled by both the hotel and Expedia. I have videos with the sound of the dog that neither Expedia or the hotel took seriously but they can't be shared here!

I booked this sight unseen, from the US. We Rishikesh for a memorable trip - this hotel was well reviewed on several sites. It is set in a spectacular location, with a clear view of the Ganga. The approach road is, as is typical for Rishikesh, a one-lane narrow street - friendly people at both ends keep watch to ensure that cars do not go in at the same time at both ends! The rooms are clean, comfortable and have fans as well as heating (I did not check the air-conditioning). The food is excellent - it is strictly vegetarian and since they do not have a liquor license, one cannot get alcohol in the restaurant. The staff arranged a tuk-tuk for us to visit other locations in Rishikesh. They are extremely friendly and nice, especially the front desk.

Overall good stay. Fabulous room with view, nice staff, excellent dining! On the downside, road leading to hotel is narrow and dirty! Power keeps going off and on every five minutes. If you are stuck in the lift in that time, you will have rough time. Same goes for water; two days in a row we didn’t have water in the morning! On a rainy day, there was water logging on the stairs. Not acceptable, considering the money you are charging! Remote mountain areas, yes, but for that kind of pricing I do not expect this kind of crappy situations. Overall nice stay, but will I come back? Most probably not!
