Beautiful hotel, new. We had a great stay. If I could be picky, the pillow was the feather, down kind that just deflate under your head. I prefer a firmer pillow. Also the set up in the bathroom, you kind of have to reach back for the toilet paper roll.

Very disappointing experience with customer service. We planned a day trip to stay at this hotel, only to be told upon arrival that there were no available rooms. Despite the overbooking, we received no prior notice or communication from the hotel. We were simply informed at the front desk that we should expect a refund.
