Billed us twice on our credit card. The receipt of my stay doesn't even match the charges on my credit card bill. Your night manager could use some more training. The first room we were sent to and stayed in had no water running to the sink and the key card lock to the the door was not working. Bad experience at check-in. Not sure we will be back .

The office was difficult to find. You had to go over to The Quality Inn, which was crazy! The person at the desk was not very friendly at all! The rooms were okay but nothing to brag about. The tub wouldn’t drain well, so while showering, you stand in water.

I made a reservation for OYO, but had to check in at the Quality Inn next door. It was confusing. There should have been notification of this on the door of OYO's closed lobby. Otherwise the stay was good.

BED BUGS

I’m not the kind of person who complains and I’m fully aware and understanding that this is not exactly their faults. But bed bugs are a serious problem that can cost someone a lot of money in the end over one night. The guy at the front desk was super nice and offered to move my room he was very respectful and tried every alternative i just personally couldn’t stay there after seeing this.

I never got to stay there because you couldn't check in. This place is a mess and nothing like you advertise. I tried to cancel an i have proff i could cancel and it wouldn't go tgru. I want my money back on this cause this is false advertisement. No where to check in at. If i don't get my refund than im taking it a more higher step

Nasty!

This hotel was so nasty! The rooms smelled like cigarettes and the outlets were loose! Someone wrote on the mirror and the maids left it on there like it was a good idea “ service pro we don’t pull out til the job is finished” my kids were asking what it meant! Just overall not a clean room!
