Easy access off the highway and a personable staff that made stopping here a pleasure I'd repeat. The room was immaculate, comfortable and pleasant. Parking was easy and convenient. I could have easily gone out to a restaurant for dinner, but at the end of a long week, went to the hotel restaurant, O'Reilly's. The staff was as congenial, accommodating and pleasant as the hotel. I am very satisfied.

Staff that did not have upper floor balcony rooms left. Offered a room on first floor. The first room smelled like mildew carpet so I changed to another room on first floor. It's a pretty old building. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms give old and tired. The tub wasn't draining so the handyman came to fix the drain. It still is clogged. I was up to my ankles in non draining shower water. There's also a water advisory (so i was told) so the water is yellow.

We stayed here while we were visiting Hershey park. It is out of the business and a great location. There were fun activity’s for the kids and they gave the kids free ice cream at the restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying by Hershey. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious.

We were here for a conference. This hotel is in a great area. The only problem was there were kids running up and down through the halls, knocking on doors while we were trying to rest. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Best Western Premier! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Staff immediately checked us in. Loved prepaying through Expedia because they gave us a credit for doing that as well. The king bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! Fresh linens and enough pulled to not request more. You know you need a knee pillow for the side sleepers. Iykyk. The entire room, including the bathroom, was spotless and felt fresh. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the closet stocked with all the basic essentials we could need during our stay. And so many plugins for charging your phone anywhere within the room. It was marvelous and a nice touch. You could even connect your phone to the tv if you had an hdmi converter to mirror your phone. We were really impressed. The staff were so warm and welcoming—truly made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: close to all the stores and conveniences, yet tucked away just enough that we didn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle from the streets. It was quiet, peaceful, and felt like a little retreat. And sound proofing was top notch. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, well-maintained, and inviting. We enjoyed dining on-site as well—the food was delicious and the pricing was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient place to unwind. Five stars all around!
