The bed was far too high. Had to ask for a step ladder to get in and out of bed. The room was clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet was great. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

I had to stay here for several day while my brother was hospitalized nearby. All the front desk staff was lovely. Solid breakfast and rooms are just fine. Easy location. If you pay top dollar for these rooms you might be disappointed but I got a great deal!

This hotel was a bit above average. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Refrigerator in room didn’t work, heat/cool didn’t work well (set at 68, was 72 in room). Breakfast area was clean, staff kept well. This is a dog friendly hotel but heads up, there is a $50 pet fee, not disclosed on Expedia. Overall, was decent for a quick stay!

The staff was fine the bed was good. Lots of things indicate the hotel is starting to go downhill. The elevator was filthy. The hallway carpet was dirty and had litter. In our room the white paint was carelessly up onto the blue paint as if a 4 year old painted it. The shower curtain had dirt marks in several places. There was either black mold, or mildew where the tub meets the tile and up the corner. The lady working breakfast did a great job and the food was good. Most of the chairs in the eating area have worn out upholstery. This is just not the Holiday Inn Express name I have always felt happy to stay in.
