The hotel is an excellent choice for a mid-level hotel. Clean. Responsive staff. Nice breakfast. They provide free washer and dryer, which would be especially helpful for a longer stay.

We have stayed in many Holiday Inn expresses and most of them have been modernized and updated. This one, Looks like it needs to be improved as far as carpets and bathroom facility. The free morning breakfast was adequate, but not especially good with very cramped conditions for the food service line and confusing as far as flow of traffic. The king size bed was absolutely the most comfortable one we’ve experienced. The only drawback was that it was a bit high to climb in and out of. I would think older couples would have a very difficult time climbing into bed.

Only employee I encountered was at check in counter. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean but obviously physically worn in most aspects. Commendable of your staff to do such a good job.

While Carlos at check-in was very nice, the first room we were offered smelled intolerable, and the second room was shabby and had clothing and socks left from the previous guest. Bed linens were haphazard at best. Breakfast was ok but you are looking into the laundry room - actually you can see several staging areas usually masked in hotels - even at the front desk, causing a general state of low standards.. Just…I don’t recommend.
