This barrier apartment on the ground floor of a semi -detached house offers a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double box spring bed and a daylight bath with a modern shower and bathtub.
The underfloor heating in the daylight bath ensures additional comfort. In one of the bedrooms there is the possibility to set up a baby bed for a child. The fireplace in the living room gives a cozy atmosphere. The accommodation extends on one level and, with around 100 square meters, offers space for a maximum of 4 people and optionally a baby bed for a toddler. In the well -kept garden, a sunny terrace with a cozy seating area invites you to linger. A grill is also available.
The city center of Flensburg, the picturesque Flensburg harbor and the nearby Baltic Sea beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes.
