I came to this property for 3 nights after being on a cruise. Driving up to the resort was spectacular! My expectations were high bc it was beautiful/all-inclusive. I arrived at 9pm & they promptly took my luggage, gave me receipts, & showed me to check in. It was a little busy, but not bad. I couldn’t wait to get room service, or eat something. They all seemed unsure, & it took forever! I booked online, had my confirmation, printed itinerary, & passport. She said, “If you’d like to go downstairs & have something to eat, I can finish up, & show you to your room. But let me give you your wristband, & free wifi password”. So I went down one floor to the buffet. I was welcomed warmly & sat down, & they brought ice water. There was a salad bar, tons of sweets: pastries, breads/bagels-tons of carbs. I have Celiac disease, so I didn’t see much I could eat, but kept looking. There was pizza, breaded fish, breaded potatoes, butter chicken, a weird vegetable mix of (warm)carrots, zucchini, & cucumbers. The hot items were lukewarm. NO fresh fruit, no smoothies, & nothing that looked appetizing, Just 1pastry that said “gf”. I asked someone if they had anything else gf, & she didn’t even know what I meant😳 I couldn’t believe it, I went to my room-it was huge/nice, but no towels, or soap to wash my hands. I called about room service & it was $25-obviously not all-inclusive. The other 2 restaurants were booked for the week! There was NO wifi, except near check-i

Where can I begin?? I stay 7 days got housekeeping services once! Had to speak to manager still no service! Hallways elevator and doors smudged and dirty. Called for toilet paper and never got a response back! Looked for a housekeeper on the floor to get one ! We were celebrating our anniversary and it was so stressful! Property is very beautiful so it’s a shame it’s so poorly managed. According to the reviews I saw on this site many people gave 10/10. I feel this is impossible so I conclude that false reviews were accepted which means I will no longer trust this site.

This resort was ok but but very boring. I travel ALOT and this one of the most boring trips I’ve been on. Very limited entertainment, very limited music, food was ok. Bartenders were great. When we arrived it took about 30 mins because our room wasn’t ready. It was obvious our room was rushed cleaned had no rags, fridge was completely empty but this was corrected the following day. We ordered room service that never came. Overall the resort was nice but staffing, entertainment and food made up my mind to never return.

There seems to be a shortage of restaurant staff. There also seems to be an inadequate amount of food for the guests and the quality of the food is also lacking. In additon there were flies all over, the AC in my room was not working for 3 days and on the last day the techicians came to repair it but it stopped working again after 5 mins. Also the phone calls to front desk/requests for service constantly goes unanswered.

Not worth the cost

Terrible servuce at front desk! Overpriced only 3 restaurants and the castle view is never available! Front desk is rude and dont care if your upset they ignire. Asked for an upgrade and I was shut down, got to my room and it was dirty with someones bowel movement splatteted on the wall and it smelled very very bad

Made to wait almost two hours after arrival for room not ready. Room dirty, I had to clean urine spots off toilet & floor. Housekeeping non existent some days. One time took all towels & left us with nothing. Some staff almost seem put out to do anything that required effort. No store to get some basic fundamentals. No ATM. Swim up bar not functional. Rarely saw anybody at pool, all self service. Spotted some staff smoking pot down by beach, which explains a lot. Although, absolutely beautiful scenery.

The resort looked nice. you cant get help from the staff they walk pass you several times. Most of the staff is rude. I Encountered 2 nice staff memebers the whole time The managers don’t communicate. It was black mold in the shower they wanted to spray lysol on it. The Room service was cold. The buffets were mediocre.The toilet seat was loose they came to fix it and made it worse . It smelled in the bathroom they poured something in the toilet and asked me did i smell it still right after they poured it. They ran out of towels and wash clothes. towels for the pools Been to several islands and resorts this is the worst i’ve experienced. It took forever to get drinks i asked 3 people for 1 drink including the manager took 45 minutes to get it. I would not recommend the island Because of the way the staff were at this resort i have a feeling the whole Island is like that. for the price i expected it to be a nice place with friendly staff and for it to smell proper
