Hair dryer included as well as shampoo/conditioner, and body wash making your stay convenient and refreshing. The house stays cool with air conditioning and offers heating for cooler days. Laundry room has washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and ironing board. Kitchen has oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small drip coffee pot, keurig, microwave, and a few snacks/coffee stocked! Dining area with counter bar seating also. There is a designated office space with free wifi. Living room has recliner, sectional couch, and large 50 inch tv with dvd/vcr (movies choices stocked) and streaming capabilities as well as free internet channels menu. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and washcloths and put on laundry room floor as well as used bedsheets and pillowcases. Pull all trash from trash receptacles and put in metal trashcan on carport.
Please turn off all lights and appliances and turn thermostat back to 72°. Empty refrigerator and freezer of all contents. Wash all used dishes or start load in the dishwasher before leaving.
Please make sure you log out of any streaming accounts on the TV. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Also close all curtains. Return key to master lock on outside of house.
