The hotel itself was wonderful, easy quick check in. Clean and very nice, but may not be in the safest of neighborhoods. The parking deck was terrible and veryuch under constructio ln and there seemed to be some sort of girl fight in the park deck as well.

I thought the hotel itself was very nice and enjoyed my stay there. However, the area that it is in felt unsafe with a lot of shady characters walking around. Not the hotel's fault, obviously.

Great with one caveat

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that I could hear the plumbing running all night, it sounded like my toilet was running and i could hear flushing sounds from other rooms through the pipes. Not sure if it was because I was in a corner room though. Otherwise, wonderful stay. Great location.

Room was not ready and it was after 3pm when check in is at 3pm. Parking is inconvenient, having to get a ticket each time you come in and get the ticket stamped each time. Had trouble getting a spot and into the garage when there was an event at the XL center.
