The hotel was nicer than a few we've stayed in and the staff was extremely friendly. Having breakfast in the morning was nice and they had options which is good because we have a picky eater in the mix. The pool wasn't open the day we checked in bc if the weather but I also thought the pool may have been indoors by the description. I know better now to call before i finalize a booking. Our rooms fridge didnt work which we hadnt realized til the last night of our stay but they had another room available so we were able to relocate. Overall i would stay at this location again if i planned the trip more accordingly

Staff was very accommodating. We only experienced one hiccup, we were originally on the second floor that smelled like a wet dog as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Neither the less, we went to the room. The tub had multiple strands of hair in it and the toilet had tissue in it. We went back to the front desk where the staff was very apologetic and changed our room as well as floor level.

Property was in a quiet location staff was great but needs some deep cleaning. Stayed in RM 306 bathroom sink cracked,wall had some brown dried pigment by toilet paper, toilet had ring around the bowl, Desk area had dried sticky liquid on it. Bathroom sink counter and floor dusty. Breakfast was good.
