Other things to note
This cabin is located within a campground and cottage community where other seasonal RV owners, campers, and cottage owners may be present nearby. While the cabin offers a private waterfront experience, guests should expect to see neighbours enjoying their own properties throughout the season.
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the surrounding community by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during the evening hours. This property is best suited for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the lake, nature, and a peaceful cottage experience rather than large gatherings or parties.
The property operates on a septic system, so guests are asked to use it responsibly and follow all septic guidelines provided before arrival.
The waterfront, dock, swimming area, fire pit, BBQ, and all outdoor amenities are used at guests' own risk. Children should be supervised at all times near the water. By booking the property, guests acknowledge that the owners and property managers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, weather-related conditions, water conditions, or activities undertaken during the stay.
As with most cottage country properties, guests may encounter wildlife, insects, changing weather conditions, and varying lake conditions throughout the season. These are all part of the authentic Northern Ontario cottage experience.
Most importantly, this is a place to slow down, enjoy the lake, respect the community around you, and create lasting memories with family and friends.
