Unfortunate

Stayed with my 7 year old son, which by 8pm was covered in rash all over his back and became unwell, found clumps of dirty wet hair in bathroom, no refund offered after making emergency dash home with son, seemed as though they wasn’t bothered about the hair and dirt!
