The sparkling 38’x20’ pool has a swim-up bar (6 stools), wet deck (in-water loungers), kiddie pool, and integrated spa with waterfall (with pool heat available). The covered cabana features cushioned deep-seating, a ceiling fan, Smart TV, and Bluetooth® stereo, with easy access to the 3/4 bath and kitchenette on the ground level. There are two concrete bars–one with sink, ice-chest, and prep area, the other with seating for 8. The separate covered grilling pavilion has two 32” built-in Blaze grills, and a bar seating for 4. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
