From sea to shining sea and sound, welcome to Sea Nine where spectacular views abound! This top-floor, waterfront home claims a premiere, corner spot in one of the most desirable buildings in Slash Creek, Hatteras Village's upscale condo community. Take advantage of its splendor with your friends and family any time of the year! This condo provides panoramic views that include the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful sunrises, and magnificent sunsets over Pamlico Sound. Enjoy these views from both inside and out on the comfortably furnished, covered deck.

Once inside, you'll be captivated by a spacious, open floor-plan, further enhanced by the home's soaring, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. Spread out or gather in the living area for relaxation and entertainment. The home's electronics package includes premium movie channels, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo. The built-in bookcases house a selection of DVDs, books, games, and puzzles. A half-bath and a laundry nook with a stacked washer/dryer are just off the entry way.

The well-appointed kitchen includes an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a garbage disposal, and a breakfast bar as well as beautiful cabinets and local cookbooks for inspiration. Enjoy dining with amazing views at either of the two dining tables, one of which converts to a game table. On the ground level, you will have access to a lockable storage unit (C-9) and enclosed, private showers to rinse away the sand after a day at the beach.

Slash Creek boasts a boardwalk for fishing, crabbing, or for taking a relaxing stroll, plus fish-cleaning stations and an inviting pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day, with outdoor showers and bathroom.

WHAT'S NEARBY
This home is minutes away from some of the island's best restaurants, recreational equipment rentals, beach access, the local Post Office, a pharmacy, and a library. You'll also be close to the local museum, shopping, groceries, seafood, a free ferry to Ocracoke Island, and to fishing charter docks where you may take advantage of the world-class fishing for which Hatteras Island is well known.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is a boat slip (C-9) with water and electricity that is reserved for 25-foot, shallow draft boats.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Great place!

This was our second time staying at sea 9. We love this place! The views are so great, the town is great to walk around, and we were even able to walk on the beach January. Proably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in.

Clean top floor unit with vaulted ceilings which was a nice touch. Kitchen well stocked, and appreciated the welcome basket with food and drinks. Great location with access to dock behind the building. Only complaint would be the beds - not comfortable, springy, and could use replacing.

Great stay at Sea Nine

We loved everything about this condo. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Had the pool to ourselves. Wonderful views from the top balcony. Lots of wildlife. Beds were comfortable. Loved the “ hot” water for showers. Peaceful and quiet this time of year. Took another couple with us and they loved it too. Would definitely rent again!!😉

Sea Nine is Perfect

We have stayed in Sea Nine a few times now and love it. It is the perfect size for our family. The view from the balcony is perfect. My son loves to fish off the dock. The bakery is perfect walking distance for a great summer vacation treat as is Happy Belly for ice cream. You can walk to the market if you need something and the walking trail is the perfect addition for any exercise enthusiasts. We love Hatteras and are so grateful to have found Sea Nine for our annual Hatteras vacation!

Beautiful Condo!

Spectacular view from deck that is accessed from Master and living room. Furnishings are beautiful. Very well appointed kitchen. We have a great two weeks and so sorry when we had to leave. Slash Creek Condos are in a great location with immaculate grounds and a great complex pool. We will definitely stay here again especially C-9

Sea 9 at Slash Creek was one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Everything was very clean and homey. It offered stunning views and was so peaceful. Everything you need and more. Bikes and beach chairs to use. Plenty of space. Master bedroom is fantastic. Only thing was could use more towels. Will definitely stay here again!

I didn't want to leave!

After a year of being housebound my husband and I were in serious need of a break. We couldn't have chosen a better spot. We met wonderful people; we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo was comfortable and felt like home. We will be back!

The views from the condo are great. The area was very quiet. We enjoyed riding the bicycles all around Hatteras village. We saw deer from the condo deck. Plenty of room nice and clean. We would stay again. The only complaint would be need more towels. We just washed them often.

Fantastic location, beautiful property

If you want quiet home like setting, away from the busy, touristy, crazy car traffic of OBX, this is the place. So close to the sound, the ocean and waterways for kayaking. There is a small town vibe here. The other guest and residents were very friendly. The pool was refreshing and convenient. Waterboy Rentals delivered two kayaks right to the launch near our condo, then picked them up at the end of our rental period. There are some many restaurants, shops, fishing and boat charters nearby. A wonderful place to stay in a well appointed condo with a great and responsive management company.

We couldn't believe how well cared for this condo was. Lovely views, kitchen better stocked than mine! Bed very comfortable. Great to have an elevator to take you and gear up. Only downside was that couches very uncomfortable and no place really comfortable to read. A couple of nice recliners with good light would be ideal when you want to enjoy your book. Otherwise, just perfect.

Love Sea Nine

This condo is super clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need and nice personal touches with welcome baskets. It was so nice to have cleaning supplies and some single use basics like dishwasher detergent and hand soap. In other units I’ve had to bring everything which can be a chore. This condo is beautiful, wonderful view and we loved the balcony view. The entire community is clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again. This unit outshines others I’ve stayed in in the same community. Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

This unit (Sea-Nine) was everything I could have hoped for. After a year of being cooped up inside, my husband and I really needed to get away and I believe we could not have chosen a better place to get away to.
