Nasty, blinds wouldn't block light, shower didn't work, smelled like smoke and weed, tub wouldn't drain. Gunk came up from the drain. Front desk not helpful, Elevator looked like it had a pee puddle in it for two days. Toilet seat not attached. Toilet wobbled. Rusty door frames. Needed painting. Mold near a/c unit inside hotel room. Mattress leaned down at the head. Lamp shades dirty and damaged. Screws missing from outlet covers. No privacy cover for a ground floor window. Everyone could see in at all hours day or night.

Did not eat breakfast, ice dispenser- black mold inside of chute, catch tray slimy/ filthy, looks like it has not been clean in weeks. Entry floors all the way into elevator nasty and sticky.. Carpet in hallways loose, tile floor to washer/dryer dirty and thrash. Our room, lavatory faucet leaks and no hot water, tub had several very noticeable chips, tub and toilet caulk cracked and dirty.. Linens were clean but short on number of towels, missing ice bucket and was given a plastic pail. No coffee maker and no safe.. entry door latch was installed incorrectly, had to pull up on handle to open. Sitting chair next to bed was stained and not appealing, Also large stains in the carpet about the size of a silver dollar.. and so on. Breakfast area had towels under to catch the condensation. When I questioned one of the housekeeping staff about the dirty floors she blamed it on the homeless people, but I never saw any at the several times I entered and left the building!! Very discourage to see that onsite management is not doing better..

First time -last time.

Let me start with the good. The room was clean (mostly), the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was awesome. The staff we dealt with were also friendly and helpful, but several others were constantly sitting around on their phones. This hotel has not been maintained very well. A lot of the items in the room were worn and/or stained. The A/C unit was missing the vent cover so the air blew straight into the side of the bed leaving the room warm and stuffy. There was someone (I'm not sure if it was staff or guest) smoking pot in the elevator and hallway. I didn't see them, but almost got a contact high every time I left the room. The breakfast was...not good. The eggs were bland at best, and the waffle mix was runny making the waffles soggy on the inside. They also ran out of coffee cups an hour into breakfast. Overall, the three stars I gave were being generous.

Disappointing stay

1. No way to darken the window, so bright light flooded the room through the night. When we asked at checkout if all the rooms were like that, we were told, no - only that room. Other rooms were available, but we didn’t realize it was an issue until we were climbing into bed. Why were we put in that room when they knew the problem? 2. Picture half-hanging in the wall. 3. Long black hair on tub. 4. Tub dripped water all night. 5. Sluggish toilet. 6. No coffeemaker in room. 6. Rude young lady at desk for checkout. We were very disappointed in this Wyndham property.

The property was not properly maintained. The room had an odor, and the sheets did not appear clean. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to arrival, with visible stains on the sink. Paint was peeling in several areas, and overall cleanliness standards were not met. This property did not meet the level of quality or standards typically expected from a Hotels.com listing.
