had to change room after 1 night. My wife woke up with numerous red circular marks all over her body. Was given a different room for the next 2 nights with no more problems. for the first to days 2 of the 3 days the elevators weren't working. I'm disabled, so the only day I had breakfast I had to walk down and up the stairs.

Handicap shower curtain would not stay closed. Bed was way too firm; I did not get much sleep. The refrigerator would make a loud high-pitch noise when it was running.

High end furniture, nice view, but breakfast is expensive. Beautiful pool but the bar by the steps into the pool was unstable (loose). Also there was not enough privacy between the pool area and hallways to conference meeting rooms. A curtain might help with this.

All was good but overridden by a faulty elevator. I mentioned to the desk clerk the elevator was not stopping on selected floors, would go from the concourse to 10th floor several times regardless the floor pressed, and the doors would finally open on the wrong floor. I suggested to the clerk the elevator should be put out of service. He told me he would have engineering look at it. He did not. I think the safety lapse negates all the good about this hotel. The only reason Igave two-stars was my wife and I did not plunge to our deaths.

Th elevator was slow… I had a block with them for my wedding and my fiancé and I had the presidential suite and the chairs had white and dry spots and stains, they never even tried to clean it, we wanted the room next to my suite and they gave it to someone else even when we was calling for that room since June, I told them I will pay for it but they kept denying my offer telling me I can’t. When it all sums up this is one of the worst places I stayed
