There is an ongoing multi-million dollar exterior construction renovation on this building resulting in some unsightly construction and during Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm there is a possibility of loud construction noises. On 1st level: kitchen, living room with lanai and A/C, bedroom, bathroom. On 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with A/C, 2 lanais, 1 bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room and one twin bunk bed in the main floor bedroom and a full bunk bed on the 2nd floor.

The HOA is doing some concrete spalling and plumbing repairs throughout 2023. Expect construction noise between 8-5 on weekdays.
