There is an ongoing multi-million dollar exterior construction renovation on this building resulting in some unsightly construction and during Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm there is a possibility of loud construction noises. Because of the construction, nightly prices have been lowered by 20%. Most guests still have a wonderful stay anyway and love the beautiful beach and views!

Beach gear chest on mountainside Lanai, welcome to use the beach chairs! Two elevators and modest workout room in building. Pleasant Breezy Trade Winds blow from ocean through condo out mountain side windows and most of the time are more comfortable than A/C! For times when the winds are light, there are lots of fans. On 1st level: kitchen, living room with lanai and A/C, bedroom, bathroom. On 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with A/C, 2 lanais, 1 bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a Queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa sleeper in living room and one twin bunk bed in the main floor bedroom and a full bunk bed on the 2nd floor.
