Because of family issues and the weather was bad I didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel ( I received the email on the change and I did call the company and at the time I was going to go to the hotel but I was getting ready to pick up family member at at a train station and she missed her stop and went 100 miles south until she got off and then returned on uber (as we speak); So I never got to the hotel; Is it too late for me to get a refund?
