Come and immerse yourself in this private, retreat to experience the Sonoma County way of life. Stone terrace surrounds the pool and in-ground hot tub and also includes a poolside pergola, unique changing cabana /enclosed outdoor shower.

Gourmet kitchen with huge Garland range (two ovens, salamander) Subzero fridge and island for communal food prep. Large handcrafted dining room table seats ten to twelve. Handmade Windsor chairs by American woodworker/artisans are beautiful and comfortable.

Central Air Conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. makes for comfortable sleep and indoor time for any days that get extra hot. Energy efficient home by Siegel and Strain architects of Emeryville, California includes hydronically heated stone and tile floors in the winter and other green amenities including Solar hot water systems and a photovoltaic array provide the electricity for the farm, and now battery system provides continuous power even during energy shutdowns. My permit with the county requires limits on overnight guests and daytime visitors, please list the full name of each guest in the rental agmt.
There is a cap on the amount of propane a guest may use (it is metered), so please discuss this with owner if you have any questions.
Please read the contract and fill out completely, retuning the completed signed copy to me, either to my home address or via attachment here.
