In the old world a “Keep” was a structure built within castles during the Middle Ages. A Keep was a refuge or last resort should the rest of the castle fall to enemies. The Keep was built to hold and to protect the castle’s owners and their families and guests.

A perfect fit for any vacationing lord or lady, REDBUD KEEP is a custom home within THE WOODS RESORT COMMUNITY. REDBUD KEEP is beautiful and spacious. It offers 4 + bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This custom built 7600 square feet manor home was completed in 2005 and overlooks the signature 16the hole of the Mountain View championship golf course.

REDBUD KEEP is an ideal unique vacation home. With 9-foot ceilings
throughout, it feels large enough throughout for a group of friends or family gathering. It offers a relaxed open concept family room with wet bar and gourmet kitchen and appliances. The living room is two stories tall, with plenty of space for conversations and relaxing. There are hardwood floors throughout. The hallway half bath is wheelchair friendly with an assistance bar.

The family room and the living room open onto the enormous rear patio, expanding outdoor living and dining and enjoying the beautiful mountains and viewing magnificent sunrises and sunsets and the star soaked evening skies.

REDBUD KEEP offers hundreds of books, lots of board games, lawn games, an array of music and movie choices, and more. REDBUD KEEP has everything you’re looking for in a vacation destination. Spacious rooms, stunning views, and endless fun family activities.

The living room has unique artwork and comfortable couches and chairs and a two-story gas fireplace. There is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with counter bar seating adjoining the open concept family room with couches, chairs, game table, cable TV with DVD and CD players, books, wet bar, beverage refrigerator, and large dining table and chairs. A wooden spiral staircase descends to the floor below. The Family Room and Living Room open onto the golf course view patio with outdoor dining table and chairs and gas BBQ grill.

The main level hosts the Owners Suite. Enjoy a private sitting room with fireplace, couples couch, TV, DVD and CD player, and exit to the outside love seat and table. The Owners Suite has a King Sized Bed with lighted bookshelf headboard. The bedroom has an elegant chase lounge for relaxing, reading, or just enjoying the view. The suite’s shower size is more than generous with double shower sets and safety bars. The separate toilet has safety bars. There are two separate mirrored counters and sinks, and a lavish jetted soaking tub.

The upper-level hosts two large bedrooms with connecting “Jack and Jill” bathroom. Separate sinks, mirrors, and private shower & amp; toilet room. The West facing bedroom has a Queen-size bed and one twin bed. The East facing bedroom has a King-sized bed and a folding twin bed in the closet. The East bedroom has an adjoining private balcony with café table and chairs.

For those who can’t get away from the office, what a wonderful way to tele-commute. Just bring your laptop. This dedicated home office has mountain and golf course views. Provided for those working is High Speed internet, a large curved monitor, combination fax, scanner, copier, printer, keyboard, mouse, ZOOM MEETING face light and background screen, all the usual business office tools, TV, DVD and CD player, a full bath with tub and shower, a closet, and a comfy couch that opens into a twin bed.

If that isn’t enough, wait until you see the lower level. As you come down the wide open staircase you will find the recreation of the “Box of Chocolates” set from FOREST GUMP. Have a seat, have a moment. Take a picture for our album. There are 3 doors to your right. The first door marked “Office” is the 4 th Bedroom with queen-sized bed and a twin bed and bathroom.
The middle door is also to the bathroom. The next door is to the car themed room with TV and CD player and the big couch opens into a double bed.

Under the stairs is a special hangout room with fun items for supervised little folk.

Head by the Old West Pool Room. Please be extra careful with that table and cues, and no food or beverages anywhere near that table. Welcome to the Movie Theater and Music collections. The bookshelves contain an array of Art, history, and movie books, hundreds of music CD discs and dozens of popular and classic DVD movies. The EPSON projection system is matched with a Boze surround sound theatre experience.

The wet bar has a refrigerator for your beverages. If you spill, please clean up immediately.

The Rock and Roll Nightclub Cabaret is decorated with real vinyl classic albums. Please treat with extreme care. The Rock-O-La electronic jukebox contains about 500 albums. Not 500 songs, 500 music albums with more than 5000 songs. The 600 square feet wooden floor is space for a yoga or dance class, exercise, workshop and seminar session, or just dancing the night away.

REDBUD KEEP’S guests receive a few prepaid daily passes to the WOODS RESORT Recreation Center. The center offers a heated indoor pool and hot tub, Exercise Gym, Racquetball, Sauna, Steam Room, and outdoor Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Basketball courts, fishing ponds, and a playground. Adult supervision is required.

For hikers, a short walk down the street from REDBUD KEEP is the entrance to 7-acre Winter Camp Community Park and the marked trail entrance to the 23,000-acre Sleepy Creek State Park.

REDBUD KEEP is a beautiful, unique, and spacious single family 4 + bedroom with 4. 5 bathrooms, overlooking the signature 16 th hole of the Mountain View Championship golf course.

The home was completed in 2005. It boasts 7,600 square feet of interior Living Space, a four car capacity garage, two balconies, and a large rear patio.

Exterior security video and audio recording cameras are in use 24/7.

Portable wheelchair ramps are available for those who need them. Most floor surfaces are finished hardwood or tile.

This exceptional and valuable property is Family Friendly but is not Child Proof. With its open stairways, unique decorations, collections, displays, and artwork, this property is not suitable for young children. Children of all ages, including teens and young adults, regardless of intentions, should never be left alone or unsupervised.

This property only allows 8 guest, and no parties/gatherings.

1. High end yet comfortable furnishing and eclectic designs and artwork throughout.

2. Three night minimum stay and 14 Night Maximum Stay are rules. Extended stays beyond seven nights may be negotiated with the owner.

3. Maximum number of day guests is eight (8) to safeguard the water and septic system capacity. Additional guests are not permitted.

4. No gatherings, Parties, Celebrations, reunions, or social or business activities are permitted.

5. No pets of any type are permitted anywhere on the property at any time.

6. Absolutely No Smoking, vaping, and no Firearms on Premises. These areas are included, but are not limited to, Patio, Decks, Balconies, Driveway, or Yard. If smoking is a necessity, this property is not for you.

7. Registered Guests may use the Home Theater, Pool Table, board games, yard games, music, etc., but are held responsible for any loss or damage or disappearance that occurs during their stay. We ask that you please be respectful and careful when enjoying our home and our possessions.

8. No unregistered guests, regardless of age or relationship, is permitted. Period. No extra overnight guests regardless of age.

9. No outside music or loud sounds or voices after 10pm and noise level must be kept low enough to where no neighbors at anytime are bothered. Our neighbors are our friends and if disturbed will report violations and misbehavior to our property management company, HOA Security Patrol, and REDBUD KEEP’s owner.

10. Any violation of these rules will result in your immediate vacating of the premises and forfeiture of the deposit and inspection for use and damage.

11. REDBUD KEEP is designed to Sleep two guests in each of four 4 bedrooms per stay. Eight total guests is ideal for the water and sewer system capacity and house cleaning services. Up to 4 additional guests using the 4 available twin beds for the maximum of 12 twelve guests may be permitted by exception, prior approval, and prepayment of the additional per person daily charge.

12. Grinder pump. The sewage disposal system for this property has a grinder pump, only human waste and reasonable amounts of toilet paper can be flushed. DO NOT FLUSH feminine hygiene products or wipes at anytime, will bee cause at least $3,000 worth of damage to replace the grinder pump.
