The dwelling is cosily furnished and spread over two storeys. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the lake. The welcoming living room flows seamlessly into the open kitchen, which is fully equipped for extensive cooking or enjoying a meal together. Through the sliding door, you step directly onto the decked terrace by the water, a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxing evening with a view over the lake.



On the upper floor there is a second terrace where you can enjoy the view in peace and quiet. Thanks to the direct location on the water and the private mooring dock, you can sail onto the Heegermeer straight away.



The property is available in two variants, each with its own layout. This allows you to choose what best suits your group. One variant features a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer to stay on one level. The other variant has all bedrooms on the upper floor, with a practical layout and additional shower space.
