It is located in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly if not the most helpful. The only downside is the restaurant. It says you can come in and enjoy a drink, but that is not the case. You can eat in there after 6PM, but you are not allowed to come in and have a drink. Overall a nice place, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Incredible stay near downtown and very close to many interwar points. Great service and very clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely be staying here in a near future.

Our junior suite was perfect for my sister and I. Very comfortable and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. Had a beautiful view of the castle. The restaurant was also excellent!

Perfect location, good value

Unbeatable location at the base of the Old Bridge, adjacent to Old Town and the University of Heidelberg. It would be 5-star with a larger room and individual temperature control. Staff went out of the way to be helpful.

Wonderful property. We had a huge Jr. Suite Room, very spacious with sitting area and large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Lots of windows and light in the room, with room darkening shades. Excellent location to castle and old town. Very quaint hotel, would highly recommend.

My room was upgraded to a suite overlooking the castle. Very clean and easy to deal with. If your driving park in P12 and hotel will give you a discount card for the meter. Fantastic location and a ton of shops and places to eat and drink in the walkable area.
