Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!

There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting .
