Welcome to our cozy Mountain Home in Helen! We visited here and loved it so much, that we decided to plant roots here! We hope that you will fall in love with our Lederhosen Lodge as much as we did, and in your own way, that you make the most of your time in the mountains! Whether it is waking up late and enjoying a cup of hot coffee from our coffee bar (Keurig, Coffee Pot); Rising early for a beautiful sunrise from the front deck; Heading out for a hike or a game of golf; or exploring the fun little German town of Helen; or ending the day with a nice glass of wine as you watch the sun set, we hope that your stay at Lederhosen Lodge is the restful and rejuvenating to your soul!

Our mountain home resides in the Innsbruck gated golf community, which lies just on the edge of down town Helen....you get the best of both worlds...close to all of the action, but nestled back on the windy mountainous roads that make this cabin a peaceful retreat in the woods.

Our home is very spacious! All three levels have their own bedroom and full bath, as well as additional living space. The top floor has a loft and game room, complete with arcade games, a multigame table, board games, puzzles, books and more. The main floor has a cozy living room, a dining area and a full kitchen and coffee bar. This main floor has a three-sided wrap around porch, which affords guest to enjoy a tranquil and quiet mountain view, an early morning sunrise, and even a beautiful sunset later in the day. Wildlife is abundant in our neighborhood. Don't be surprised to see deer, foxes, and maybe even a bear (don't approach them, but the sighting is nice). The basement level has a separate entrance from the front of the house, as well as stairs from the main floor inside. Parking is available in the front, allowing visitors to come in on the bottom floor. Downstairs, in addition to the bedroom and full bathroom, you have a secondary kitchen, living room area with a trundle bed and a walk in laundry room complete with washer and dryer.

Each bedroom and both living rooms have a smart tv. The Wifi connection is enhanced with a mesh system. Connectivity will be no problem...if it is, please unplug and reconnect...99% of the time this will do the trick.

Our three-sided wrap around porch hosts multiple areas: a HOT TUB, a fire pit space, a grilling area complete with a charcoal grill, covered, shaded seating and full sun exposure which is perfect for catching a sunrise, sun set and fabulous for star gazing at night!

Additional amenities included with your stay include: pickleball and tennis courts, and a community swimming pool ( The pool is seasonal).

Right in the neighborhood, is the Valhalla Resort which boasts 3 restaurants and a roof top wine bar, casual and fine dining; Spa services and golf (check their website for prices and reservations).
