The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location. The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped. We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry. The reason given was to be environmentally friendly. After requesting, which I do not like to do, the items were provided. The room bin was emptied unasked at the same time of dropping the items off, but I would have expected house service to make the bed as well. There was a nice intro to the island provided by the receptionist with a glass of bubbly. The garden had lots of little sitting areas to be either secluded or to take in the beautiful view. The breakfast is not to be missed! A great experience and it could not be any better!

Grundsätzlich ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir hatten ein recht großzügiges Doppelzimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Bad. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung! In den nächsten zwei Jahren ist eine Renovierung sicher notwendig.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt perfekt neben dem Fähranleger. Die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr süss und geräumig mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Frühstücksbuffet sehr üppig. Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen. Anleger zur Düne in Sichtweite.

Tolles Hotel mit hohem potential nach oben im Rest

Hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rickmers, super Empfang und Begrüßung sowie immer ein offenes Ohr für belange. Derceinzige Wermutstropfen war das der Service im Restaurant sehr leihenhaft und überfordernt Wirkte. Mussten sehr lange auf Getränke Anfrage warten sowie wurde dieses zweimal der Tisch verwechselt. Man erkannte das schlechte Saisonkräfte ihren Dienst tun dessen Erfahrung fehlte. Trotzdem eürden eir dieses Hotel immer wieder nehmen.

Skønt værelse med lækker morgenmad

Skønt værelse, rent og pænt. Utrolig lækker morgenmad. Dejlig beliggenhed. Ærgerlig over dårlig information ved ankomst. Vi kunne på værelset læse os til, at vi var ind ude til velkomstreception kl. 16 for alle nye gæster. Da vi kom ned i receptionen og spurgte til det, fik vi at vide, at der ikke var noget denne dag. Men vi var velkomne til at være med næste dag. Da vi så kom ned næste dag, blev vi spurgt, om ikke vi havde været til det på ankomstdagen. Men det havde vi af foranstående grund ikke. Herefter blev der åbnet en flaske og vi kunne få svar på nogle spørgsmål, vi havde. Vi havde bestilt bord i restauranten og havde forudbestilt 1/2 hummer til en af os. Dette skulle nemlig forudbestilles, hvis man ville have det. Denne bestilling var blevet bekræftet kunne lade sig gøre, men det kunne det så ikke alligevel, da vi ankom.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen. Man hat einen einen tollen Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und ausreichend gross. Das Badezimmer hat ein großes Fenster, das ist sehr angenehm. Lediglich die Wassertemperatur der Dusche schwankte zwischen heiß und kalt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Værelset var pænt, men der var meget støvet/beskidt på gulvet. Vi blev lidt snydt af billederne da vi bestilte. Troede at der var balkon til alle værelserne som vendte mod havet, men det er der kun i den ene bygning. Servicen i receptionen var fantastisk, men var meget dårlig ved morgenmaden. Vi syntes man på dette hotel betaler for dyrt for havudsigten, og vil helt sikkert vælge et andet overnatningssted næste gang vi skal til Helgoland.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, direkt am Beginn der Promenade. Die Zimmer sind recht modern, und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider sind (in beiden gebuchten Zimmern) die Betten am Fussende ne ganze ecke schmaler als oben. Bei unseren Besuch ist die Kaffeemaschine ausgefallen, so dass es keine Kaffeespezialitäten gab. Dies mussten wir so hinnehmen, da sich leider auch neimand dafür entschuldigt hat. Bei fast 200 Euro pro Nacht finde ich das nicht sehr glücklich. Die Corona regeln wurden weitestegehend gut umgesetzt. Frühstück wurde am Platz serviert und man hatte 6 verschieden Vorschläge zur Auswahl. Es konnten aber noch weitere Dinge nachbestellt werden. Natürlich konnte auch der Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt werden, aber das ist halt nicht zu ändern. Die Zimmer wurden wegen Corona auch nicht gereinigt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt auf Deutschlands einziger Hochsseinsel.
