The beauty of this house is its location. A 5 minute stroll brings you to the bustling Porthleven Harbour full of local character and charm. You're spoilt for choice with the range of top quality restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops to while away the days and evenings. Enjoy some stunning walks and views along the south west coast path and superb beaches along the Mounts Bay coastline.

This stylish and spacious house boasts fantastic social spaces making it perfect for group holidays, family get togethers and special occasions or even a sporting break with top golf courses, surfing spots and cycling routes nearby.

The well equipped kitchen has two fridges, a 5 burner induction hob, two ovens, kettle, freezer and microwave. The loft lounge also has a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

The house is a perfect place to relax with a TV lounge with large reclining sofa, loft lounge, smart TV's in all rooms with Netflix and superfast internet perfect for streaming your favourite TV programmes and films.

This house has 5 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. Four of these bedrooms have king sized beds and one has a double. All rooms have Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels. The three ground floor bedrooms have modern en-suite shower rooms with the two loft bedrooms sharing a family bathroom.

There is also a large amount of outside space to enjoy. The south facing terrace on the front of the house, accessed through the large bifold doors, is perfect for enjoying the sun and features a 7 seater sunken hot tub, seating area and BBQ. Upstairs there is a large balcony accessed through the loft lounge with comfortable rattan sofas and sea glimpse views.

The rear garden is also beautifully landscaped with a large pergola with seating for 10 people and smaller patio area perfect for your quiet morning coffee.
