Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Heinrichshöhle Hemer 6 km, Burg Altena (Erlebnisaufzug) 12 km, Luisenhütte Wocklum 12 km, Deutsches Höhlenmuseum Iserlohn 15 km, Sauerlandpark Hemer 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wilde Wiese 28 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner has a dog.

Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The open kitchen is accessed via 3 steps from the living room / bedroom. The stairs leading to the lower floor with the shower / WC is a recessed open staircase . Bicycles storable under terrace.
