Bright, new, modern and with an unobstructed, beautiful view of the large garden: these are the advantages of the apartment in the Alte Tischlerei, which was renovated in 2023. Do you like it quiet and individual? Then you'll love the furnishing idea with a mix of old and new! The apartment offers plenty of comfort and a good indoor climate, thanks to insulation, breathable lime paint and, last but not least, underfloor heating. Seating and lounge areas are available at the apartment and in the large garden park. Parking is possible on the property, bicycles can be stored and charged in the hallway. The use of an electric charging station is also possible by arrangement. In addition to the apartment from 2023, there is also a law firm and an apartment on the first floor. The large building in the old town center of Hemmingstedt, built in 1907 and originally used as a residential building with an attached carpentry workshop, is now in its 4th generation of family ownership.
