First time visiting Switzerland. From arriving to the Hotel views were stunning. As it was my Birthday they upgraded me to there biggest suite which was just the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside to take you to the slops which was free and literally 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was amazing literally had everything to pick from. The spa facilities amazing views from the outside pool amazing water was warm everything was perfect. Hope to visit again thank you Eringer for your hospitality.

Great views but the service wasn’t great

We stayed at the Eringer Hotel over New Year for three nights. As first-time visitors to Switzerland, we were aiming for relaxation and sightseeing. While the stunning panoramic views from our top-floor room were the trip highlights, the stay was marred by poor communication and disorganised operations. The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views, with magical sunrises and snowy landscapes. Spa access is included (one voucher per person per day). Evening visits were more enjoyable due to fewer crowds. Transport Challenges: Getting to the hotel is difficult. Buses (routes 371/372) from Sion run infrequently (up to 2-hour waits). Free bus passes through the host card are limited to the local area (Thyon 2000) and don’t cover trips to Sion, creating confusion as this wasn’t explained anywhere. Remote location. Lack of Communication: No pre-arrival information was provided. Key details (menus & spa rules) weren’t shared at check-in, and most information is in French. Guests must scan a QR code to access details, but we were not prompted to do so. Spa Issues: The public spa can be overcrowded. No lockers made available to hotel guests and towels costing CHF 5. One entry per day is allowed. Food: Breakfast is basic with limited options, and spa restaurant meals were overpriced and poor quality. Tips: Check transport schedules in advance, don’t rely on Google Map. Pack snacks to avoid overpriced foods. Breathtaking views, but the service may frustrate first-time visitors.

Un séjour très calme. Le lieu est totalement isolé et sans centre d'intérêt à proximité immédiate. Seuls les bains et le ski ( et encore pas pratique en terme d'emplacement) sont à proximité. Une semaine dans l'hotel est quasiment trop long car pas une offre de restauration adequate. L'hotel ne communique sur rien. Par exemple la soirée du 31/12 a été un peu triste car nous avons mangé dans notre chambre ( pas de restauration possible au bar ce soir là et le restaurant affichait des prix dingues pour un menu unique). Et à minuit en descendant pour voir les feux d'artifice, on s'est rendu compté qu'il y avait une soirée qui n'avait pas été communiqué. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Ils ont été extra! Et grand bemol à la fin du séjour quand ma facture est éditée puisque le prix affiché par nuit a un gros différenciel avec ce que j'ai payé sur hotel.com !!!!! E

Nice hotel but missing attention in the details. 2 small elevators only is a problem. Deck was closed although it was very sunny. Spa is opened to public and access is not included in room price. It can take up to 30 mins to enter the SPA at certain times.

Die Terrasse mit dem Deck war über die Feiertage Neujahr geschlossen. Das schöne Deck war der Grund meiner Buchung, damit ich im Winter auf Lamfell die Sonne geniessen kann. Dies war dann nicht möglich. Begründung: Gäste hätten sich über Lärm beschwert. Keine Sauna, Dampfbad im Hotel. Man muss neben an in den Spa mit Hunderten von externen Besuchern und noch extra bezahlen. Hotelzimmer war schön, Aussicht ist schön

Wir haben 3 Tage im Eringerhotel verbracht. Leider war es eine Enttäuschung. Wir haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt und bekamen nicht einmal ein Zimmer mit Bergblick. Stattdessen mussten wir hinters Haus schauen. Für diesen Preis kann man mehr erwarten. Der Roomservice funktionierte nicht gut. Wir haben 2x was bestellt und beide Male mussten wir nach 1 Stunde nochmal anrufen weil man uns vergessen hat. Das Wellness ist völlig überteuert. Ist man Hotel Gast, kostet es 10.- weniger. Anstatt 50.- sind es 40.-. Ich finde das eine Frechheit. Man bezahlt als Hotelgast sonst schon sehr viel und dann kann man nicht mal gratis Baden. Das Hallenbad war viel zu kalt. Da kann man nicht lange verweilen. Draussen ist es etwas besser. Aber auch da könnte man 2 Grad mehr vertragen. Im Zimmer hatte es weder eine Kaffemaschine noch einen Wasserkocher, was sehr schade ist. Die Menüs welche angeboten wurden sind sehr spärlich und sehr teuer. Auch die Lifte sind eine Katastrophe. Man wartet ewig lange.. Wenn man frisch im Hotel ankommt ist es sehr unübersichtlich. Wir haben kaum die Reception gefunden. Auch gab es leider keine Infos was man alles an diesem Ort unternehmen kann. Keine Prospekte und gar nichts. Es wurde allgemein wenig erklärt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und kommen aufjedenfall nicht wieder. Schade ums Geld.

Empfang nicht besetzt ( 19h ) - Zimmer : sehr viele Baumängel - Restaurant : sehr kleine Karte ohne lokale Gerichte ( französischer Camembert und das im Wallis ) - es wird nur drinnen Bedient, schöne Terrasse nicht bedient bei 23°C um 20h, Fazit : sehr schade das hier nicht mehr draus gemacht wird - Erklärung : es fehlt wohl ein Patron ...
